Cancellation Policy
We ask that you call to cancel and reschedule any appointment you cannot make at least 24 hours in advance.
Insurance and Payment Information
We accept most major health insurance plans, including Medicare and Highmark.  Prescriptions and clinical documentation from your provider are required for receiving forms, bras, compression bras and lymphedema compression products. A documented conversation with your provider within the year regarding the need for any product must be included in the clinical notes. Exceptions cannot be made as these are required to bill your insurance.  

We also accept major credit cards, checks and cash.
